We are happy to share the DITTO Whitepaper with you. It was produced by the co-authors of the six Working Groups, each focusing on one key element in the development of digital twins of the ocean:
WG 1: Supportive ocean observations and data delivery
WG 2: Data analytics and prediction engines

WG 4: Interactive layers and visualisations
WG 5: Framework – architecture, design and implementation
WG 6: Education, training and capacity development
The Whitepaper defines the concept of digital twins of the ocean, lays out the challenges, opportunities for action and suggestions for their implementation.
