Working Group 4 (WG4) supports the co‑development and co-delivery of Digital Twins of the Ocean by assessing needs and priorities of DTO communities and providing guidance on inclusive engagement processes, participatory frameworks, outreach strategies, and feedback mechanisms.
To ensure that DTOs are contextually relevant and respect the unique needs of different communities, WG4 places strong emphasis on inclusiveness and accessibility, recognition of local knowledge and expertise, and community-specific engagement practices.
